Steve Haggard just finished filming the indie movie “ I Always Hated My Brother” in June 2025. He plays the lead in this dramatic comedy about two estranged brothers finding connection while dealing with a terminal illness. November 2024 he ended his three year run at the Lyric Theatre in NYC as Harry Potter in Broadway’s Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.

Hailing from the Midwest and having honed his artistry in Chicago’s storefront and classical theaters, Steve’s dedication, rigor and honesty is always at the forefront of his work. A long time company member of Chicago’s A Red Orchid Theatre, Steve is a graduate of DePaul University. He lives in New York and is member of SAG/ AFTRA and AEA.
